growing the finest Christmas Trees

We've been growing the finest Christmas Trees on our Cambridgeshire farm for over 10 years now. We're proud to say that our trees are grown slowly, on clay soil for the best full bodied foliage.

We grow Norman Fir trees, arguably one of the most popular varieties of fresh Christmas Trees. We grow our Christmas Trees 'low and slow' for the best quality.

Sustainability and responsibility is at the heart of everything we do at Willock Farm.

Our Farm

  • As farmers we champion local produce, and support local. All our Christmas trees, peonies and produce are grown here in the UK on our Cambridgeshire farm.

  • Staying local means reducing transport miles and so reducing carbon footprint.

  • Our 540 acre farm includes 100 acres of wild areas and our Christmas Trees are grown for 7 years, absorbing carbon from the atmosphere.

  • We have many acres set aside on our farm for conservation projects and wildlife.

  • Our team is trained in many agricultural and environmental areas.

  • We do our best to reduce chemicals where possible.

Myles Mc-Carthy of the Carbon Trust says:

“As long as you dispose of a real tree responsibly, the footprint is pretty small because it absorbs a lot of CO2 in its

growth. We estimate it at 3.5kg [8lb]. So, 10 to 12 times less than an artifcial tree.”

You can also return your Christmas Trees to us to be recycled!
